This online reorder form is for existing Vue Vision Centre contact lens patients who have a current contact lens prescription on file.
If you are not an existing contact lens patient with our clinic, please call (519) 472-0309 to book an eye examination and contact lens fitting before ordering.

We will reorder the contact lens brand and prescription currently on file. Our team will contact you if your prescription has expired or if an examination or contact lens assessment is required before your order can be processed.
